Known to many in Tiffin as Dr. Brad, John McClung began his studies at The Ohio State University in 1973, focusing on animal science and microbiology. He earned his DVM from the OSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 1981, graduating Summa Cum Laude. For several decades, he served Seneca and the surrounding counties, practicing both food and companion animal medicine.

After selling his practices in 2016, Dr. McClung took a four-year sabbatical to travel for veterinary conferences and focus on farm beautification. Today, he stays busy outdoors tending to his farms, where he raises hay and food animals, and simply enjoying the scenery of the local countryside.
